Side back pain while breathing
My husband is having extreme pain in his right side middle portion of his back on breathing from last three days especially when he is lying on bed. We are not sure of the reason. He has not lifted any heavy object also. Can you please help us out in recovery?

Hello , u can apply  hot packs to painful area for 15-20 minutes twice a day for relief n take bed rest , avoiding movements.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Hi, This could be related to mid portion of spine, where one of the joint might not be moving properly. And following muscle around that area also have got into Spasm.
