Dear sir, I'm 36 yrs old, male. sometimes while driving fast for eg. Above 120km/hr, my heart beat gets faster n I sweat a bit n breathlessness for few seconds. Earlier I hav driven faster than this but I was OK. Since I hav stopped exercising n put on weight I'm facing this problem. Plz suggest me should I take medication r can I control it thru exercising.

Easy way out is stop driving at 120 kmph. That is nowhere healthy. Do exercise and cut down on carbs in your diet. Loose some weight. That should keep you fit and fine.
