Asked for Male, 46 Years

47 years old male ,known case of diabetes with hypertension since 3 years . Angioplasty done 1month ago.And was in ICU for 10 days . Patient developed bedsores .Photos are shown below. But the bedsores turned out to be an abscess deep inside . Daily dressing is advised for the same . What could be the possible cause and treatment for the same . Please give your valuable opinions. Thank you .
