It's been years since I have been having this kinda skin around my groin area. It became like that because I had suffered from rashes and ringworm and probably it was a cause of some side effects of certain medicines that I took to cure it but instead it worsened my ringworms by making my skin like that.
Luckily, Ain't having problem with ringworms, but it hasn't been cured that on its own.
When I grab that part of skin, It feels as if I can feel inner contents of skin, if that makes sense.

This is steroid induced atrophy of skin. Nothing much can be done about it.
