Shoulder stiffness with arm & neck pain.
Left shoulder stiff and can feel bulging when press around neck near spine. The pain spread on left arm and also after food heaviness at upper stomach is happening regularly. Massage helps temporarily. Have thyroid and taking 162.5 mg eltroxin. Sugar is maintained with Ayurveda and approx 8 kms every day walk is routine. Always have nose blockage for almost 10 years. Once in 6 month migraine on left side happens and after vomiting that becomes normal. Last one week heavy pain around neck and shoulder.
