I play a lot of sports like badminton cricket and also gymming.
So while working out in the gym , i guess i had a pull in the rotatory bone of my right shoulder.
Its not been completely healed after 4 weeks too. Though i can move my shoulders , when i take it behind or when i bowl i feel the tinge on my shoulders and it feels like a burning.
