Shoulder pain. Trouble sleeping
There has been a persistent (right) shoulder pain since yesterday morning. I couldn't sleep properly tonight. i work out but don't think it is due to bad form since i didn't get injured or hit at gym. I had a pain in my bicep which was normal after a workout which ascended to my shoulder and on a scale of 0-10 it's 6.5. it is highly annoying. please suggest me a treatment. I've been resting it and applying ice.

Your pain could be due to strain in the biceps.. Don't worry this will get alright.. I recommend you to continue icing once in every 2 hours once.. stretch your biceps.. Mild massage over biceps help you feel good.. Hope this is helpful for you Revert back in case you need any further help in this regard
