Please consult a orthopaedic surgeon or a physician for serum uric acid control. In the mean time, do cold packs and gentle exercises in pain free range. Greetings,  sorry about the pain.  Your pain is related to poor posture and uric acid is not related to pain, it is an indication of body not having enough vegetables or fruits.
Next Steps
hire a physio as your trainer for as long as you require and see the remarkable change your body gets.  the older you become more active you should be or at least maintain activities that increases your agility..  get to eat a balanced diet complimenting your exercise program.
Health Tips
never think pain as an isolated problem,  it is always related to physical activity levels plus poor muscle usage. if any questions do let me know
