Sir day before yesterday I fall down on my bike .at that time my right shoulder is injured whole my body weight is based on my hand ,I am taking pain killers to reduce my pain ,but I am not able to lift my hand properly

Needs to be assessed plz donot neglect if it is more than 24 hrs it could be difficult to manage as well if issue is severe as tear and if undetermined may result into serious consiquence.
