Hi
Need to know the root cause of the pain.. This may be due to many reasons.. So you can apply Ice pack (coldpack) and give ample rest to that hand... Notice your posture while working..
Don't place your hand under the head while sleeping.. Also consult physio near by or online... They will take your history and followup with protocols...
How long do you have this pain? Are you diabetic? Do you have any recent history of fall or injury? Does the pain radiates from your neck?
