Shoulder pain problem
I lift lot of weight in my right hand 1 year ago. Now its very pain full when iam like activities throwing ball in cricket.and its very pain full.n nothing happen when iam resting or any other activities like playing volleyball . There is not pain. But only when throwing cricket ball its hurt very badly. so please advice me what to do.t thankyou...

Hi. U Need To Start Sports Physiotherapy for it. Treatment Including TENS , SWD, ULTRASONIC added with Shoulder Exercises Latter .. These Problems May Need Long Term Physio Treatment but a minimum of Two Weeks is important  .
