  3. Shoulder pain. Worked. please advise!

My mother  went down 3 years ago and all the weight went on to her right shoulder , she is having this pain in her  shoulder from then but few month ago a dentist gave her injection on right hand and from then onwards she is in very pain we tried orthopedist he advised physiotherapy but it didn't worked . please advise
