Shoulder pain left side
Sir I am having pain left shoulder uper side
It hurts my head and neck but whenever I am going to sleep because of this pain my heart is normal but I am hearing heart beat sound it's irritate me ..i am not sufficient sleep please suggest me ...

If gas in the stomach may irritate diaphragm.. then that pain will feel in the shoulder also
