Apply diclofenac ointment to the area of pain and covet it with a cloth for about 5-10mins, clean it with warm water following hot water fermentation. This will provide quick relief from pain. Repeat this twice a day. Visit nearest physiotherapy center for proper diagnosis and treatment. Take Ultrasound therapy for a week, this will completely remove pain.
