Shoulder pain
I have severe pain in my shoulders since this morning and I too a hot shower to reduce the pain due to which the pain reduced however the pain continues now. The part where it pains is around the area I use my arm for bowling in cricket. I did have an intense bowling session last week (FYI). What do I do to get rid of this pain?
