I would recommend you to consult a Physiotherapist, preferably someone who's got experience working with sports injuries. Alternative option is to consult an orthopedic doctor. Most of the times the orthopedic doctor would suggest you to undergo shoulder Physiotherapy as a part of the treatment. In my opinion, sooner the better if you could begin the Physiotherapy treatment.
Next Steps
please ask your doctor when is the good time to return to playing sports. you can book an online consultation with me through practo.
Health Tips
please share and discuss with your doctor about what movements you're trying to achieve while playing sports. take it easy. you may stop or reduce the frequency of playing sports meanwhile.
