I am a 50 old male mostly my profession involves sitting on the computer or laptop for 8 hours a day I am having this shoulder pain since last one month I have tried taking painkillers and doing some exercises but they are not of much relief also so I have been having this degenerative changes in my Spine and knees I have difficulty e in raising my hand pointing towards the sky and sleeping on my right side so mostly I have to sleep on my stomach on the left side also the bed on which I am sleeping is Semi hard because of my spine problems I am not able to conclude as to why I am having the shoulder pain whether it is because of hard bed or my profession or arthritis changes I would like to have your advice as for which type of X-rays and exercises I should go for before visiting an Orthopaedic or are these serious issues or will symptomatic treatment help?
