Treatment to your problem depends on your symptoms & signs on clinical examination.. Mild protrusion can be present even in asymptomatic person...not to worry.. Yes it can be spondylosis, medicines & physiotherapy, life style changes LL suffice..if not responding..may need invasive treatment..
