Hello mam If you are having only shoulder pain and it is happen in 1 month to 3 months so it can be an Acute stage of frozen shoulder and in which all your shoulder muscles involved which gets weak and you are unable to lift any weight and there is pain while touching the shoulder then you have to apply cold pack over the area because there may be swelling present so apply ice twice a day, 10-15 min each time, it will help reducing swelling and pain will subside then start normal movement exercises which i can also teach you if you want to consult. If your pain occuring from neck it can be due to cervical muscle weakness and it lead to radiating pain in shoulder then you have to take cervical treatment. Else you have to visit or consult me i will tell you what is your exact diagnosis.
