I have shoulder and neck pain since 2 months. taking aurvedic medicine but no relief.also I'm high Bp patient . Is it cervical or related to heart. Need help

Which Ayurvedic medicine ur taking from where had u consult to doctor had they check ur constitution.what is root cause of ur pain is supposed to be found out.We have better sandhan lep for external application to any joint pain.but internally healing is require for that right medicine is needed.
