Shoulder muscle pain more than a week
Greetings!! I'm 27 y/o guy. Having this shoulder pain which worsens at night before sleep. Some day left arm & other day right arm. It's really disturbing. Your healing suggestions will be Highly appreciated!

Are you used to any exercises or work out? If not, please start a schedule for shoulder exercises which you can plan for yourself. Shoulder is a very versatile joint and in your exercise schedule you should execute all movements of the shoulder joint , at least 10 repetitions.

You should give more details. Your weight, type of work you do, since how long this pain is there, is there some tenderness over the joints, does the pain occur with or without movement of shoulders etc. If you consult with all these points then some fruitful discussion can take place.
