Even after six weeks if you are having difficulty in stretching means we should suspect some tear of the muscle. Consult an orthopaedic surgeon who is specialized in sports injuries

Hi sir. It needs careful examination of the shoulder to see if the injury has lead to tearing of rotator cuff muscles. Initially you will need physiotherapy for better healing and getting back to normal. But if the examination is suggestive of cuff muscle tear, I would recommend MRI shoulder considering you are young.
Next Steps
Consult local ortho and physio
