Shoulder injury
Hi Doctor, Iam 32yr Male, I use to lift heavy weight , after a long time of gap I hit the gym and made mistake on lifted heavy weights on the first day , and had injury at my right shoulder, now have pain at front portion of my shoulder & sometimes it radiates to my biceps , I did all the test regarding my shoulder but show no pain at any direction of shoulder movements,only thing is the slight pain prolonging for 2 months, Have attached MRI for reference Please give your valuable suggestions, I wish go back to gym again, Thank you,

Symptoms suggest a biceps tendinosis,  synovitis or Subacromial pathology . You MRI suggest a rotator cuff tear ( supraspinatus). Share x-rays..

You can try: 1. Hot water compression thrice daily for 1 week. 2. Shoulder exercises. 3. Intrarticular PRP is worth trying for this chronic tear. 4. Medications like Tendocare, Enzomac and Neurokind LC will help.
