Shoulder and neck pain
I think I have injured the rotator cuff and neck pain is simultaneous. After sleep in morning my shoulder hurts.. Due to gyming. What is the best treatment for neck and shoulder pain.

Give it some rest and painkillers .if not better within 2 to 4 weeks get an MRI of your shoulder

All rotator cuff injuries have to be investigated further to ascertain if it's a partial or a complete tear. PArtial tears do well with physiotherapy and rehabilitaiton. Complete tears usually require surgery at your age
