  3. Shoulder and neck pain. Should i do!

Shoulder and neck pain
For the past couple of months, I'm having very bad pain in my left shoulder and also neck pain. It become difficult to move my left arm. Generally apply all those pain relief sprays, but those are momentarily relief. Kindly suggest what should I do!

Hello, Pain in the neck and shoulder can be due to Cervical disc prolapse, Cervical strain , shoulder impingement in your age group. You need to consult an orthopedic surgeon to find out what the problem is. You can try placing a hot pack and applying some gel for temporary releif
