Shoulder and joint pain

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I am.facing severe pain in shoulder, joint pain in wrist and nuckles.. Not able to find out the cause.. If I take pan d tablet I get little relief.. I tried keeping hot water bag and ice pack too.. Pain is severe now.. I am 4 months pregnant with twins.. Pls suggest any remedy
