Severe pain in stomach
I have severe pain in stomach last 4 years during periods.. i have also ovarian cysts in both sides..further i diagnosed a fibroid.. The pain was unbearable for me..for this i take tramadol injections , dilona injection..and othe painkiller tablets..but my problem was still increasing day by day...i have started taken novelon tablets..but i still have pain..

Hello Period pain especially if Moderate to severe and associated with ovarian cysts could be due to a disease called Endometriosis. Kindly share your Usg scan report for further advice
