Shoulder and back neck pain
My mother of 58 years old is having shoulders pain back neck,upper back pain and sometimes hands. Today morning I saw as shown in photo on the front right side like swollen but on left side it is normal. Is there anything to concern please tell the treatment for it. She is diabetic and recently one week back she is having 130/80 bp so doctor prescribed medication for it and asked to continue for one month and stop. Please give me reply please.

Looks like frozen shoulder.. its a treatable ailment with proper physiotherapy.

Your mother's symptoms suggest a possibility of inflammatory arthritis. This requires evaluation and treatment preferably by a Rheumatologist. Clinical examination and if required blood tests may be done for diagnosis. Treatment options can then be discussed and prescribed depending on the diagnosis.
