Shoulder & hand pain
I feel pain in my left & right shoulder ,hand , shoulder blades ( more in left ) from yesterday morning. It fluctuates from right to left. (Morning I had no pain , from afternoon pain started ) I am feeling this after day before yesterday's night sleep and after many days I carried my laptop in my bag to office it felt little heavy also. I don't have any history of injury or something to my back. Is it related to poor posture and carrying heavy bag on my back or anything to related to my heart. Should I get my ECG done. Kindly suggest and guide.

You can get an ECG done. It is not very expensive. It will rule out heart problems. But they are Highly unlikely in your case. A laptop bag is also not heavy enough to cause any injury. Need more details to arrive at a diagnosis.
