Should i take sotret isotretinon capsule

I have scalp allergy so doctor prescribed me the above mentioned capsule i forgot to tell the doctor that i am suffering from kidney stones. What i need to know, is it harmful to consume that above mentioned capsules if one is suffering from kidney stones?
