Should i take 1 evion 600 capsule/day ?
Hi, I have just started taking vitamin e capsules Evion 600. My baby is 5 months old. I am giving her brest feed . I am taking 1 capsule in a day. I am also taking iron and calcium . Please is it safe or should quit it. I was feeling tired Ness and weekends and lots of hair fall, this is reason why I have decided to take evion. Pls advise
