Should I go for a specialist
I am diagnosed with Diabetic Nephropathy few month ago then my creatinine level is at 4.8  and albumin +++ and little bit swelling in legs now after one and half month treatment my creatinine level is 4 and 3.1 (after a month and after 1.5 month) Uria 47 uric acid 4.37. No swelling or cramps only little fatigue and low appetite Should I go for more advance treatment Medicine taking : Cetanil trio 6.25 once a day D rise 60k once a week Oxvamet xr 1000 once a day Nephrosafe once a day Alfakit once a day Thyronorm once a day Pro and pre biotic once a week Sodium bicarbonate for gastric (occasionally)
