Should i continue with Minoxidil?
I have been apllying Minoxidil ointment for head since last 5 years 5% and its been effective for my hair.
Last year i was down with covid and developed high bp for which i am taking meds and its under control now. But i stopped minoxidil and now my hear is falling.
Can i restart minoxidil topical for hair? Will it have any effect on my bp etc ?

There is no effect on BP due to minoxidil .u can start using minoxidil . It's better to go for minoxidil sprays 2%

Yes you can continue but also take multivitamin tablets including biotin 5 mg daily
