Shortness of breath fr one month
Mild  sometimes moderate Shortness of breath during talking, I have nasal allergy also. Nose blocked at times. All time post nasal drop . Did a chest x ray. Doctor prescribed montek l and two inhalers. Situation seems not to be lessened. What to do? Whats the right diagnosis? Should i go for pft and ct scan test.

Before going for costly radiological examination Please get CBC with ESR and CRP blood test done. Increase bronchovasculr markings are there . But needs to be evaluated. Needs physical examination.

Hello welcome Mr Pritam Your xray chest shows increased broncho vascular markings denoting infection. Better you go for one full course of antibiotics and antihistamines alongwith bronchodilators Yes you can do PFT and CT scan paranasal sinuses and chest
