what you are asking 2 hrs is not possible humanly.
If you do about 5 minutes of intravaginal sex play most of the women reach to orgasm.
It can be increased from 2 minutes higher time by using mind and body exercise along with tablet.
Tablet UPHOLD, if you take one tablet 1.5 hrs before sex will increase time nicely. But don't use it too often.
