I am 25 years married woman, i used to get a regular period of 5 to 7 days.. i had undergone an abortion an year ago.. after my abortion my period jst last for 2 to 3 days.. followed by few spots of blood d nxt days.. is it sumthing to worey about

The changes in periods could be due to stress , anxiety  , medication , hormonal imbalance , Thyroid disorders , ovarian cysts etc. Do an ultrasound pelvis and serum TSH as baseline investigation
