After the 3rd day of blood donation he is having breathing problems and his full body is with rashes.
He took allegra 180mg we even apply caladryl lotion for now rashes have been better but breathing is the issues whenever he try to lay down he is not able to breathe.

It is some allergic reaction which is may be causing breathlessness. BP is not mentioned.
Please don't make him liye down instead make him sit in prope up position. If breathlessness is severe he needs to be hospitalized.
