Shooting pain in leg,twist pain in knee
23 year girl.Almost a year ago,my left feet started slippin and i couldnt stand or walk normally. I thought it was sprain. After some days i started getting shooting pain frm left feet to hip as if nerve twisted. Slowly pain behind right knee, lower back pain also started from 6 months. Im unable to stand, walk, bend my knee or back or even sleep.

This looks like radiating pain due to nerve compression.I would advise you to undergo an MRI study of LS spine to rule put Lumbar prolapse intervertebral disc. Also plz take complete bed rest till you visit an orthopaedic doctor.
