Shivlingi , putrajivak & Shatavri
Hi,
Can somebody help me to know if i can take shivlingi and putrajivak 1gm -1 gm morning and evening with cow milk? I am also taking shatavri tablets twice a day after meals. So can i take all of these regularly? I am planning to conceive.
I got 2 miscarriage in the past in 6th week of pregnancy in last year. However all my reports and husband's reports are normal as consulted by gynaecologist. Doctor is suggesting it might be due to poor egg quality.

Couple should go for a detox or virechana followed by oral medicines for 2 or 3 months as per the case to improve the quality of egg and sperm.

Pls provide blood group reports of husband and wife. Does both have + or - blood group or one partner have + and other - blood group.
Blood group cross matching must be done for couple

You can take. It is better to do Panchakarma treatments before next conception for both husband and wife to improve egg and sperm quality.
