Shivering n body pain
Due to climate change, I suddenly started shivering, took 1 paracetemol but no difference. Body temperature about 99, since last 3 hrs. N light irritation in throat.

Shivering can also be due to Urinary tract infection. Taking paracetamol for shivering just masks the symptoms. Since there is no fever, you can consume plenty of warm water (as it is cold season we often tend to avoid drinking water). Since you have throat irritation, do gargling with iodine containing liquid twice daily.

You should get your blood CBC done. You may add Vit C with Zinc to your treatment.
