Shivering in body
Suddenly started shivering in body around 2am . Much more worried that it could be symptoms of covid as I am a breast feeding mother of 16 months old kid and staying far away from home with husband and kid. Please suggest so that I can save my baby nd husband from transmission if m covid +. And also provide diet for fast recovery. Thank you

Just a shivering doesn't mean that u have covid.. watch your symptoms like fever, nasal blockage, dry cough , breathlessness, chest discomfort, loss of taste, loss of smell, vomiting loose motions etc etc . Any of these symptoms which persist for three days then u can suspect.. because some times covid presents as normal flu symptoms or without any symptoms also.. so just monitor your symptoms meanwhile... Drink plenty of fluids, salt water gargling, avoid cold food and drinks, avoid stress and tensions, sleep minimum 8 hours at night, monitor temperature and oxygen levels 6th hourly once.. if any alarming symptoms inform the health authorities nearby.
