Yes man it is a report showing sinusitis issue , if the mam is suffering from nasal block or any discharge plz start using nezalast nasal spray 2 puffs twice daily for 14 days along with tab allegra m daily once at night for 14 days mam ( plz do regular steam inhalation mam)
