She has severe pain in her hand

Asked for Female, 32 Years

She has hand pain. Doctor told to do x-rays, they did blood test also but can't find anything so most of the time doctor give her pain killer, now the pain comes to her neck also and she is unable to move her hand when pain comes... Tell me to whom should she contact , orthopedic or internal medicine..
