It's fungal infection..Along with topical medicines, course of oral medicines are also required. ..plus stop using creams on and off ,as in appropriate treatment will develop resistant.

She has a chronic fungal infection and she need evaluation of a dermatologist and a proper treatment for at least 2 to 3 months because the fungal infection became chronic after using steroid creams like Qeenderm
Ketoconazole creams give you a temporary relief but she needs systemic treatments
