Shattered wrist. Pain present 6 years on
About 6 Or 7 years ago I shattered my left wrist and had to get metal wires in my arm to help the bone regrow. I had needed some physio afterwards to help me get used to moving my hand again. But it never recovered to the point it was originally. If I bend my wrist too far forward or too far backwards it begins to hurt. I also work in retail and find my wrist tends to hurt quite a bit after work. Just wondering if this is normal or should I get it checked out?

You should get yourself checked out. It may be the case that you haven't recovered fully when you had physiotherapy.
