Sharp pains in the bowel area
Feel like I need to sit on the toilet all the time and when I do get a stabbing pain at times. Also when I urinate the pain appears at the end of the flow.

HELLO, ULTRASOUND WHOLE ABDOMEN SPECIALLY WEIGHT OF PROSTATE,  RESIDUAL AMOUNT OF URINE. URINE TEST FOR COMPLETE MICROSCOPIC. IT MIGHT BE DUE TO ENLARGEMENT OF MIDIAN LOBE OF PROSTATE.
