Sharp pains in stomach and lower back

I am having sharp pains in my stomach and my lower back also my vagina seems to be hurting and feels like its opening more than usual when I'm just sitting or walking around. Do you know what this could possibly be? I've never felt this pain before until a couple days ago and now its starting up again today.
