Back pain and Right side stomach pain

2 months back i had my c section delivery from a week back pain has started if i get back pain along with that i get stomach pain only at right side.
is it a cause of concern

The stomach pain needs to be evaluated. You need to get an in person check up to find out the cause.
Back pain could be due to improper posture or feeding positions and also due to Calcium deficiency. You will have to be regular with your calcium supplements as long as you breast feed.
