Hi dr,
I am suffering a fever 4 days, I am taken the antibiotics all perfectly fine now. Dr prescribed a test malaria, dengue, thyphide, cbc all are fine, but sgpt is 96 sgot is 36. I am very why my sgpt is high. How can I cure this. A line of confirmation is highly appreciated.

Don't worry,
Usually in viral fever or typhoid mild elevation of SGOT and SGPT is seen. They usually subside on its own with treatment of underlying disease.
A detailed history about fever, any chills, rigors, body ache may help in finding the cause of fever and accordingly you may require further treatment.
If you can share complete report may guide you better.
