SGOT and SGPT ratio
Sgot and sgpt levels are normal but ratio is 3. I drink beer regularly..Serum glubolin is 2.19..is it serious?

Drinking alcohol regularly can cause ratio to go more than 2:1. Just stop drinking otherwise you'll damage your liver.

Although your sgot sgpt are normal but the ratio has increased significantly which should be under 2. Daily alcohol consumption can damage liver cells /alcoholic Hepatitis and cause serious liver disease.
